Getting laid-off is emotionally devastating, but there are a few
things we can do to recuperate from the blow.
1. Feel your emotions. Don't suppress them. It's normal to feel anxiety, of ager.
2. Realize that it has nothing to do with you. The pandemic didn't single you out, it's affecting us all.
3. Words are powerful: You didn't get fired; you got laid off
4. Evaluate your alternatives and embrace your new life.
