Yasmina El Babarti Jimenez comes from a modest background. As the daughter of an immigrant, her family went through many hardships as she was growing up.
At age 12 Yasmina started working and never stopped ever since. She paid for her own education working and studying full time.
From the beginning, she was always interested in community building and leadership.
As a woman, she was confronted with barriers men don’t have to face, but she persevered and slowly she built a network of supporters.
Before starting her own business, she had many doubts and fears, but regretted the fear of regret even more, so she took the plunge and started her own business.
Yasmina El Babarti Jimenez didn’t jump out of a cliff and grew wings on the way down, as many coaches suggest; she worked full time on her day job and full time on her business until she built a sustainable income, and then she quit her job.
